The Client :

Mr & Mrs Atkinson we recommended to Lifestyle Building Solutions by the real estate agent that sold them the property.

The Project :

To renovate a out dated front line three bedroom apartment into a newly refurbished modern apartment.

We gutted the complete apartment leaving just the walls ready for the renovation works.
There was no change to the design and the clients had chosen all of the materials with myself in advance.
The property was fitted with new kitchen,two bathrooms,new interior doors and wardrobes,electrics,airconditioning,tiling,plastering everything was covered and the job was completed on time and very successfully.

Puerto Portals – Complete Apartment Reform

The Client :

Mr Matty was recommended to Lifestyle Building Solutions from previous clients and come to meet with us in our showroom where he decided that we would carry out the complete renovation for him.

The Project :

To renovate and re-design the apartment as it had been flooded from by the apartment above.

This was a renovation project in Edificio Silver Point in Puerto Portals where we have converted a standard two bedroom one bathroom apartment into a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a open plan living area with the kitchen being relocated at the front of the apartment leading onto the terrace making it a very social area and giving the feel of being on the back of a Sunseeker Motor Yacht.

The Design and Project have worked out extremely well and most importantly the clients are very Happy with the end result.

Costa den Blanes Town House

The Clients :

The clients had just bought there first property in Mallorca and were recommended by the Estate Agent to use Lifestyle Building Solutions to carry out the Complete Renovation. 

The Project :

This was a project to reform a very old 3 bedroom 2 bathroom town house in Costa den Blanes into a

4 bedroom 4 bathroom stunning townhouse with extended terraces and a secret garden with private casita.

The Interior : 

On the interior we had to remove walls and dig out the basement area under the house in order to be able to create the new floor plan.Once this was completed we were able to start on the refurbishment of the property

Creating and fantastic open plan kitchen – living area on one level and a further four bedrooms and bathrooms on the other levels.

The Exterior :

We extended the existing terraces to give more space around the swimming pool also giving us space beneath the terrace to create a separate summer room.

We built steps down the exterior of the town house to make access easy to all areas of the house.

We cut back all of the overgrown garden  and fenced in the lower section to create a secret garden.

Completed Project :    

This property has been brought back to life and we now have a newly renovated and extended town house 

Santa Ponsa Apartment Reform

The Client :

Mr & Mrs Mcinnes actually bought the apartment from Lifestyle Properties and then as a after service asked Lifestyle Building Solutions  to carry out the reform work on there apartment. 

The Project :

This was a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in its original state before we started work transforming it into a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment with two of the bathrooms now being en suite and the living area is now totally open plan.

The apartment has been completely reformed from start to finish it was out with the old and in with the new and as you can see from the photos it now right up to date with all the latest trends and fashion.

Palma Nova Villa  Project

The Clients :

The client was a investment company looking for a English Building Company based in Mallorca that could manage and oversea the complete project and Lifestyle Building Solutions was recommended to them by various companies on the island. 

The Project : 

To transform this old villa from 1965 that was split into two separate apartments that had been derelict for 8yrs with no services or connecting staircase into a new  5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms modern villa with connecting staircase and  swimming pool.

The Interior :  

Everything on the interior was removed  leaving a blank canvas to re-design a new layout.

Once the new plans and materials had been agreed with the clients we continued with the removal of walls and the taking up of floors and the demolition of the garage ready to start the renovation.

Once renovating started we used all of the building trades to transform this old building into a new luxury  modern villa with open plan kitchen & living area and a 70 m2 master bedroom suite.

The Exterior :

The aim was to create a exterior with plenty of terrace space around the complete property.

The construction of a new heated salt water swimming pool and Terracing.

New perimeter walls and fencing around the complete property 

Rendering and painting of the  property to give it the modern look we wanted.

Las Abubillas 25

The Clients :

When your client is a high end yacht broker sending multi million pound motor yachts around the world so you know that he is going to have a keen eye for detail and the expections will be high !  

These clients chose Lifestyle Building Solutions to renovate and transform there new holiday home after a lot of background research and recommendations from previous clients. 

The Project :

This was a Project to completely renovate the interior and exterior of a three bedroomed rustic style golf villa to a new contempory looking villa with  modern interiors yet keeping the exterior in the Mediterranean style of the rest of the community. 

The Interior :

The interior of the villa was completely gutted of everything just leaving us with the walls of which many of these were removed so that we were able to achieve our end goal of a open plan living area.

Once this was achieved we were able to carry on with the renovation of the villa using all of the materials that the clients had already chosen with myself.

The Exterior :

The aim for the exterior of the villa was to modernise where possible yet keep in line with the community.

So we painted the property in the various community colours, retiled the terraces and swimming pool using a  more contempory tile, upgraded the bbq area and landscaped the gardens

Conclusion :

The client is left with a completely refurbished villa from top to bottom  as to there design and style

Giving them there perfect holiday home that they can enjoy for years to come.
